Competent and safe Intermediate Riggers are in high demand in both the civil, mining and construction industries.  

This unit provides the participant the skills and knowledge required to perform intermediate rigging tasks safely, focussing on the work associated with:

• Hoist with jobs and self-climbing hoists

• Cranes

• Conveyors

• Dredges and excavators

• Tilt slabs

• Demolition of structures or

• Plant and dual lifts  

To undertake an Intermediate Rigging High Risk Work Licence you must hold a Basic Rigging High Risk Work Licence.
